The link below is a recording of the Ludlam Trail District 6 Charrette Follow-up meeting. The meeting was held at West Miami Middle School on April 23, 2015. Miami-Dade Commissioner Rebeca Sosa offered opening remarks in which she expressed her commitment to support the trail project and protect people’s homes from development. Miami-Dade County Urban Design staff then presented their latest drawings based on the recommendations provided by community members during previously held charrette meetings and workshops.

The section of trail abutting Blue Lagoon should not be developed. That section has green space to the West and the lake to the east. It is a perfect place to have a pocket park, not development.
